MA-IT (My Automation-Information Technology) helps companies and organizations to successfully carry out projects in the field of engineering, industrial automation or office automation.
The Mini Factory is fully assembled and connected to a PLC from Rockwell Allen Bradley. The factory is used to introduce students and beginning engineers to automation within the industry. The factory gives a realistic picture of situations that you can also encounter in practice. In addition, we teach the engineers to delve into ISA 88 standard, prepare FDS (Functional Design Specification) a.d. ISA88 for the control of the Mini Factory.
At the moment the mini factory is used by 2 graduate students who will fully automate this and conduct research into the application of Augmented Reality.
