The potential to improve the quality of life is huge, but the downside and ethical challenges we face are becoming more visible every day. How do we cope with this? We need to re-invent ourselves as society; not in a few years but now. And AI can help us with that.

Through my experience with companies like Ericsson, Oce, Randstad and the city of Eindhoven, I have seen the impact of technologies and behavioral science to create impact. I firmly believe in organizing diversity that plays a large role in reaching organisations’ shared goals.
