A lot of (big) data is still based on citizens, clients or patients filling in Questionnaires. The famous customer or employee satisfaction surveys, PREM’s, PROM’s and other outcome surveys are the basis for policy, productdesign, research into new medicines and the effectiveness of treatment. But often you can’t capture human feelings or experiences in numbers and of course with all surveys, they are prone to socially desirable answers and non-response.
We are investigating new possibilities of gaining insights into what people really think, feel and dream. Chatbot’s might be a good way to start!
