Smart Tactical Robot

How can we improve the quality of shooting ranges for soldiers using a Jackal Robot. This Robot needs to operate in all weather conditions and must be easy to use for both the soldiers and operators.

Because the Robot will act as a shooting dummy a different method must be researched for shooting at the Robot, because normal bullets will break the Robot. The Robot must also be able to ride autonomous through the shooting range.
