SVB

In this project the main research question was about the customer interactions for the two different schemes AOW and PGB. The original idea was that there should be developed a customer journey. However this was not possible since there can’t be shared any personal data.
The main purpose was to provide an example of how the different data sources of channels can communicate with each other. With these different data sources it is interesting which new insights can be created
